Feb 3-24, 2010 - Restorative Yoga classes! Great place for Yoga beginners. 6-7pm, $12 per class
Susan Perry (a Yoga student of 31 years) will instruct this on-going class. Emphasis will be placed on safety with a slow and thorough
introduction to traditional Yoga asana. After November 15, classes will be held at the new Musubi Dojo, 4650 Arrow Hwy Ste D-6, Montclair.

Budo Zen Art was established by Aiko Institute to make available fine examples of Budo and Zen art. The trustees of Aiko Institute have been
inspired by the Aikido founder's - Ueshiba Morihei -vision of a peaceful and beautiful world. Thus, it is one of the missions of the Institute to
promote the appreciation and dissemination of top quality Budo and Zen scrolls. Today we will open our doors for the public to come and enjoy
our collection. We have many antique and original mounted Japanese calligraphies for sale. All of the items in the Budo Zen Art gallery have been carefully selected for their quality, impact and message by John Stevens and Susan Perry, both long-time Aikido practitioners, college professors, and aficionados of the brush.
